Know Your Worth is a transformational leadership community committed to unlocking the highest human potential — in ourselves and in our global communities. We primarily serve professional women, while remaining open to all who resonate deeply with our mission.
The Know Your Worth Abundance Awards celebrates individuals who are living in alignment with their deepest values — courageously, generously, and in service of something greater than themselves.
For the purpose of this award, we invite reflection on three guiding principles:
- Integrity — Alignment with your deepest self and with others in community.
- Abundance — A mindset of possibility and appropriate risk-taking as you reach for the stars.
- Mission — A commitment to unlocking collective human potential through your efforts and impact.Â

All nominees who clearly demonstrate resonance with these values will be publicly recognized in June 2026 as Abundance Award Honorees. From among these honorees, we will offer values-based scholarships to three individuals:
