Our program is open to leaders at all levels. The root of the word "executive" means to "carry out" — to bring vision into action. This program is for any leader who is ready to bring their inner vision, joy, and purpose more fully into their lives and leadership, regardless of role or level.

While our primary focus and mission is women, non-binary and male individuals who resonate with our mission and goals are welcome to apply!

Our program is open to participants globally but it is produced in the English language. As long as you meet the criteria and can commit to the schedule, you’re encouraged to apply. Note that our program administrators are based in the US so this does inform some of our approach and content (for example, LinkedIn is not used in all countries.)

It’s a three-step process: a short screening form to assess fit, followed by a live interview, and then a final form for planning purposes. We aim to make it reflective, fun, and easy!

Our program is selective to ensure a good fit and impactful experience for all participants.

Know Your Worth Community Calls are a benefit open to all Explorers, Luminaries, and Guides (i.e. participants, alumni, and coaches)! They’re a wonderful way to gather in community for support and inspiration on our leadership journeys. You’ll also meet a growing network of amazing individuals who are like-minded and like-hearted – we encourage you to continue those personal connections offline as you build relationships for a lifetime!

Our curricula and coaching integrates the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to empower you on all levels. Mind refers to your thoughts, mindset, and beliefs, helping you cultivate clarity and confidence. Body addresses your physical well-being and energy, recognizing that a healthy body supports a thriving career. Spirit reflects your state of consciousness, awareness, presence, and connection with the world around you. This approach is open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds, and our goal is to help you align every part of yourself to create lasting success.

The core curriculum remains consistent, but the ‘Full Program’ includes personalized 1-on-1 coaching for deeper support tailored to your needs.

The program is designed to fit into a busy schedule, with flexibility to view the curriculum at your own convenience. Depending on the person this may be ~2–5 hours per week for sessions, exercises, and reflections.

We believe that transformation happens best within a supportive, connected community. While our weekly curriculum is a key part of the program, it’s designed to work in harmony with the rest of our holistic experience. At Know Your Worth, we’re not just a program but a community—one that fosters meaningful relationships, shared growth, and lasting impact. For this reason, we offer the curriculum as part of an integrated journey rather than a standalone option. If this feels aligned with your values and goals, we’d love to have you join us!

Your coach’s expertise lies in guiding and empowering you, not providing industry-specific advice. They’ll help you ask the right questions and develop strategies to succeed.

We carefully match you with a coach based on your application and goals to ensure a supportive and productive relationship. If after meeting with your coach twice you don’t feel it’s the right connection, we’ll happily match you to a different coach.

If you select the 1-on-1 personalized coaching, you will meet for twice monthly coaching sessions with your dedicated coach at a time that works best for you. Each of the coaching sessions is 1-hour.

All program participants are encouraged to assess their time and energy commitment to the program before signing up. We offer skills and a community that will benefit you for a lifetime! However, we understand unexpected things can arise and if you really need to leave the program early, we will work with you to prorate the amount you initially anticipated paying for the program.

Depending on if you’re seeking to leverage 1-on-1 coaching, you can choose between a traditional upfront payment or the ‘You Decide’ model, where you set your final payment amount by the program’s end. The ‘You Decide’ model includes a $500 commitment fee to secure your spot. ‘You Decide’ is part of our trust-based transaction model which you can read more about here.

We love to stretch thinking and operate outside the standard box, and that means offering something beyond standard transactional models for coaching programs. We believe in giving you the power to decide what the program is worth based on your results and experience. This innovative model reflects our commitment to trust and shared success.

Yes, of course! You are welcome to support human equity causes anytime through the 501(c)(3) The Imagine Fund. And we’re happy to simplify the process for you by doing everything in a single transaction and issuing a tax-deductible receipt for the portion that is a donation. We use a secure payment link through Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfers and supports over 190 countries. For more information, please visit their website directly.

At this time the majority of our program and coaching team is US-based, so our pricing is fixed in US Dollars in order to cover our costs of operating. Eventually we plan to expand our network of coaches to a variety of countries so we can better support requests for a variable pricing scale.

We hope to eventually offer scholarships but we aren’t there yet. We do offer different payment approaches, but if none of them work for you, you may want to join our FREE Ally community here instead.
