  • Any other information you choose to provide in connection with a form, submission, or participation request.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We process personal data based on your consent, contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. We collect this data to:

  • Administer programs, awards, scholarships, and events
  • Evaluate submissions and applications
  • Facilitate speaker engagements and community initiatives

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

We limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Public Recognition and Media Use
If you participate in a public initiative (such as awards, media projects, or speaker engagements), limited information may be shared publicly in accordance with the permissions you provide. We do not publish private contact information without explicit consent. Where submissions are designated as anonymous, we remove identifying information prior to publication.

Media Submissions
Photos, videos, audio recordings, and written content submitted for community or media initiatives will be used solely for the purposes described at the time of submission and in accordance with any permissions granted. Media files are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Some events or virtual sessions may be recorded. Participants will be notified in advance where recording occurs.

Our forms and website may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Kajabi or Google Forms. These platforms may collect technical metadata in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We protect your data in a number of ways:

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal data.
  • Limited Access: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized administrators, contractors, or designated review team members who require access to administer programs, awards, scholarships, or related initiatives. Individuals granted access to submissions are required to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely for evaluation and administrative purposes.
  • Secure Storage: Data is collected and stored using secure third-party platforms such as Google Forms and Kajabi, which employ industry-standard security practices.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Kajabi website hosting or Google form platforms) solely to operate our programs and services.
  • Anonymized Data Usage: In scenarios where data is exported or analyzed (e.g., tracking participant progress), all personal identifiers are removed.

4. Use of Our AI Companion

Know Your Worth may offer members access to Phoebe, an AI companion designed to provide inspiration, explain approved Know Your Worth materials, help eligible members engage with membership resources, and assist with limited membership-related questions. Phoebe is not a human coach, therapist, physician, lawyer, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.

To provide this service, we may process information such as your name, membership email address, membership tier and status, communication preferences, resources previously provided to you, and the messages you choose to send. We ask members not to share sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for their membership experience.

Phoebe uses technology service providers, including AI-model services, OpenClaw, Google Workspace, and Kajabi, to process communications and administer membership services. We do not sell member conversations or use them for unrelated advertising. We do not intentionally use member conversations to train a Know Your Worth AI model.

We take steps to protect member privacy, including:

  • collecting and retaining only information reasonably needed to provide and administer the membership experience;
  • maintaining separate records for each verified member;
  • limiting access to authorized systems and administrators;
  • using protected authentication, restricted permissions, and secure third-party services;
  • preventing one member's information from being used for or disclosed to another member;
  • involving a human administrator when identity, membership access, privacy, safety, or policy questions require clarification.

AI systems can make mistakes. Important membership or administrative decisions are based on verified Know Your Worth records and policies, not solely on AI-generated conclusion. Members may contact us to question an AI response, request human assistance, or exercise the privacy rights described elsewhere in this policy.

No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards and review our practices as the technology and associated risks evolve.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Individuals may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting [email protected].

  • Request access to the personal data we have collected about you
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Children’s and Minors’ Privacy

Our programs are not intended for minors below the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor under 18, we will delete it promptly.
