Courage · resilience · rising again
Today

My Dear Friend,
I know you’re tired and feel disappointed. You believed that if you worked hard enough and stayed committed, doors would open. Instead, you’ve found yourself wondering whether you truly belong in the rooms you once dreamed of entering.
The loneliness of that realization is heavier than you admit. You look around and see others with mentors, sponsors, seemingly clearer paths. Doubt grows louder. You question your worth.
But listen carefully.
This is not failure. This is formation.
You worked hard. You delivered. You have built strong skills. You have navigated challenges that were meant to take you out and you have risen despite them. You followed the advice given to you. You balanced ambition with responsibility, doing the best you could with everything you were carrying. And still, you quietly thought you would be further ahead by now.
At times you reflect and wonder, what if?
Spend less time in what might have been and more time in what can still be. Comparison drains you. Possibility fuels you.
There is still room to build. Still room to lead. Still room to redefine success on your own terms.
This is a complicated but exciting time to be a woman in the workforce. Progress has been made, yet the terrain can still feel uneven. But this is not the moment to shrink. It is not the time to stop dreaming. Even when you feel like an imposter, you are not one. Stand in what you know. Stand in what you have earned.
Remember: you are allowed to walk away. It really can be that simple.
Not every opportunity deserves your time, attention and loyalty. Not every position is meant to hold you. Knowing when to pivot is wisdom. Leaving before you are depleted is strength. Trust the signs when they are clear. Stop second-guessing yourself. Growth doesn’t always have to be significant to be meaningful. Steady, intentional progress compounds.
Say yes to new possibilities even when you don’t feel fully ready or the path forward seems a little risky or unclear. Trust your instincts. And most importantly, back yourself. Bet on yourself!
When you feel discouraged, serve. Connect. Lift someone else. Contribution resets the spirit. The road is harder than you expected. But you are still here. Still capable. Still rising. Your timing is your own. The best chapters are not behind you.
Don’t be afraid of falling. Rest when you need to. Then stand up! Walk forward with your head high. Shift your perspective just a little, and the future will reveal doors you never imagined. Don’t stop believing in yourself.
Yours truly,
One with unwavering belief in your rise
