Collaboration Opportunities with Know Your Worth
Â
Know Your Worth (KYW) is a transformational leadership community rooted in self-realization, coaching, reflection, and shared impact. Our programs support people in unlocking their highest potential while also contributing to broader social impact.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with mission-aligned collaborators who want to grow with KYW over time and who enjoy flexible work. These are remote, project-based contract opportunities. Workload may vary by project, role, and mutual availability.
We look for meaningful ways to invest in our collaborators, which may include complimentary access to learning content, speaker sessions and workshops, public shoutouts or spotlights, bonus pool consideration, and other fun perks.
We welcome a range of experience levels. For some roles, we are happy to train the right person if they bring care, reliability, curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine connection to KYW’s mission.

Curriculum Designer
About the Role
The Curriculum Designer helps transform KYW program content into engaging, reflective, and participant-ready learning experiences.
This role goes beyond creating worksheets. The Curriculum Designer reviews recorded content from Transformational Guides and other KYW creators, identifies the core insights, and develops supporting materials that deepen the participant experience. This may include worksheets, reflection prompts, slide overlays, visual inspiration, discussion questions, and other curriculum elements that help participants engage more meaningfully with what they are seeing, hearing, and practicing.
The Curriculum Designer works closely with KYW leadership and the Content Producer, who may then assemble, edit, and publish the final learning materials.
What You May Do
- Review recorded content submitted by Transformational Guides or KYW creators.
-
Identify key themes, insights, reflection points, and participant takeaways.
-
Develop worksheets, reflection prompts, exercises, and participant guides.

Create or outline slides that accompany recorded content, including reflective questions, key phrases, images, or visual concepts.
-
Use tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, AI-enabled creative tools, or other platforms to develop visually engaging curriculum assets.
-
Suggest imagery, graphics, or visual sequences that align with the tone and purpose of the content.
-
Help make recorded content more interactive, reflective, and integrated for participants.
-
Ensure materials are aligned with KYW’s ethos, values, brand, and transformational approach.
